To be eligible for this pathway, please note that you must either have an employer who is prepared to sponsor you or you must be an employer looking to sponsor an employee. The nominated occupation must appear on one of the eligible skilled occupations lists. Please also note that Labour Market Testing may be a requirement of nomination. For a free assessment please provide us with your:

  • Full Name
  • Occupation
  • Offer of employment including position description
  • Curriculum vitae

Citizenship enquiries - please tell us the details of your:

  • Current visa held
  • Visa subclass
  • Visa grant date
  • Visa expiry date
  • Date of first Australian visa grant
  • Number of days outside of Australia in the past 12 months
  • Number of days outside of Australian in the past 4 years
